Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Oral Surgery Coordinator to join our team at 42 NORTH DENTAL LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Oral Surgery traveling teams, ensuring seamless patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Claims Management: Work with offices to manage insurance claims, provide accurate insurance benefits/coverage estimation, and follow up on claim submission and reimbursement.
  • Schedule Management: Collaborate with offices to manage OS team schedules, ensuring high-quality patient care and productivity.
  • Pre-Visit Preparation: Provide pre-visit preparation, day-of-service support, and scheduling support to assigned OS teams.
  • Verifying Patient Information: Verify pre-visit patient insurance and available benefits to assist with providing accurate treatment plans and patient out-of-pocket costs.
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate care between different offices, find wait-listed patients' openings, and schedule procedures.
  • Accurate Treatment Plans: Present accurate treatment plans and ensure deposits and POS collections are executed on.
  • Patient Follow-Up: Conduct patient post-surgery calls to ensure patients are doing well and triage to OS when necessary.
  • Supply Management: Ensure all appropriate supplies, medications, and equipment levels are properly maintained.
  • Problem-Solving: Solve and anticipate problems, develop solutions proactively, and remove barriers to focus on patient care and meeting goals.
