Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Program Coordinator I to join our team in Academic Affairs. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating OEI program areas, including Interprofessional Education and Practice, Faculty Development, Instructional Design and Educational Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate OEI institutional or program activities, including educational events, training, interviews, schedules, and timelines.
  • Manage calendars and schedules, and schedule space resources for OEI program activities.
  • Collect and compile data and information using MCW licensed systems to support faculty teaching and student learning efforts.
  • Maintain data using MCW IS best practices to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s), and learners.
  • Serve as liaison with faculty, staff, other departments, affiliates, outside institutions in relation to OEI programming.
  • Provide information, support, and problem-solving for leaders, faculty, and staff.
  • Create educational materials, such as brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials as directed.
  • Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities of OEI events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of experience in education or program coordination.
  • Experience in coordinating events, MSOffice 365, Microsoft Teams, Visio, and proficient in Excel.
