Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator II to join our team at the Medical College of Wisconsin. This role will play a critical part in coordinating department recruitment programs, providing guidance to the team, and facilitating the achievement of program goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate student-related services, including recruitment, admissions, and retention of PharmD students and alumni.
  • Manage and advocate for support and services for pharmacy student wellness awareness and activities.
  • Support outreach activities with strategic academic partners to achieve enrollment goals, including direct enrollment programs.
  • Assist with generating scholarship proposals and managing pharmacy student organizations.
  • Manage drug and criminal background screenings and immunization records management processes for pharmacy student matriculates and continuing pharmacy students.
  • Establish and maintain alumni relations, including organizing alumni events and collaborating with the MCW alumni association.
  • Maintain academic standards of the professional program consistent with ACPE accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with the MCW enrollment, admissions, and financial aid offices.
  • Maintain relations with the national pharmacy application service administrators of PharmCAS.
  • Staff assigned committees and represent MCW at meetings or events.
  • Manage in-Progress Applicants and Recruitment Systems Management.
  • Manage pipeline diversity and high school initiatives.
  • Assist with prospective student appointments, tours, advising, phone calls, and walk-ins.
  • Student Ambassadors & Volunteer Coordination.
  • Leverage communication platforms to engage faculty, staff, and external partners in active recruitment to support programmatic strategies.
  • Collaborate with Communications Consultant to curate and develop recruiting and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with School of Pharmacy Communications Consultant to develop and maintain virtual and social media platforms to improve external audience engagement and enhance prospective student marketing strategies.
Requirements
