Job Summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating department educational programs, scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department staff to develop and implement educational programs, including scheduling events, tracking deadlines, and maintaining program timelines.
  • Assist in the development of education materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
  • Collaborate to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases related to educational and research programs.
  • Maintain working understanding of accreditation, board, and institutional requirements, and coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements.
  • May monitor program budgets and assist with internal grants administration.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
  • Conduct or coordinate training for faculty and trainees.
  • Coordinate recruitment and coordination of instructors and speakers for trainee seminars, events, and the graduate course.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data, including reporting program data and progress to program stakeholders.
  • Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials.
  • Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities for the graduate course, trainee seminars, and other events.
  • Provide information, support, and problem-solving for leaders, faculty, and staff.
  • Implement institutional or program activities, such as educational events, training, orientation, and schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
