We are currently seeking a skilled Program Coordinator for a contract opportunity with significant potential for future engagement. This role involves overseeing various projects and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Position Overview:

This position is focused on managing assigned projects through the Project Management Office, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management tasks as designated by the Project Management Office.
  • Lead and implement projects that support essential strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage projects aimed at enhancing processes, facilitating change management, and implementing systems.
  • Coordinate project activities, including planning, scope definition, accountability, deliverables, timelines, communication, and training.
  • Support the Program Manager in developing and executing strategic plans for the project management office.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of project improvement initiatives.
  • Guide Business Analysts in their activities as required.
  • Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including financial assessments, project charters, and project plans.
  • Educate stakeholders on project management methodologies and processes.
  • Plan and optimize activities and resources across multiple projects.
  • Develop and utilize measurement activities to report on project effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation tailored to each project's needs.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, leading corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide educational resources and opportunities for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to enhance project and program delivery quality.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and training related to project management and business analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Understanding of change management principles and organizational dynamics.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare and research operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
  • Preferred certifications include Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
