Job Summary:

The RN Transplant Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the designated transplant program, ensuring its efficient and effective functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization.
  • Lead and provide oversight for program development and enhancement, maintaining and managing data systems, and conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure the program adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to transplant services.
  • Monitor and track program activities and outcomes to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are met.
  • Provide direct, comprehensive clinical care in the scope of professional practice, training, and educating patients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Masters Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or Nursing (Preferred).
  • PA Registered Nurse License (Required).
  • Basic Life Support (Required).
  • General experience in a transplant program.
  • General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record.
  • General experience in a clinical management role (Preferred).
