Our mission focuses on challenging and alleviating intergenerational poverty, envisioning a world where prosperity is accessible to everyone. ECS fosters a motivating work environment that encourages professional growth.

The Out of School Time (OST) program at ECS is seeking a Youth Program Coordinator to support the leadership of its initiatives at a local school.

The ECS OST program provides a secure and nurturing atmosphere, offering enrichment activities, academic support, field trips, service learning, physical activities, and healthy snacks and meals to promote children's development and reinforce their academic skills.

Our curriculum emphasizes science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) through project-based learning and collaboration with expert consultants. We are committed to supporting the entire family, not just the child.

If you are passionate about working with youth and dedicated to making a positive impact through active engagement, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
