As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service in line with HomeTeam Pest Defense standards and metrics.
  • Providing information to potential clients, initiating new services, and accurately setting up customer accounts.
  • Fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Escalating relevant inquiries or issues to management.
  • Engaging with customers to address concerns and resolve issues.
