Job Overview

DebtBlue is in search of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will serve as the main point of contact for clients participating in our debt resolution program. The successful candidate will inspire clients to complete their journey by understanding their needs and delivering a supportive experience.

Compensation: $33,280 - $35,360 Plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally manage incoming client inquiries and conduct monthly follow-up communications.
  • Proactively respond to client needs through various communication methods.
  • Perform outbound calls and document tasks appropriately.
  • Accurately record client information in the CRM to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) ** Required **
  • High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)
  • Empathy and a commitment to assisting clients during their financial challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Working Hours: 10 am - 7 pm
