The successful candidate will inspire clients to complete their journey by understanding their needs and delivering a supportive experience.
Compensation: $33,280 - $35,360 Plus Bonus
Key Responsibilities:- Professionally manage incoming client inquiries and conduct monthly follow-up communications.
- Proactively respond to client needs through various communication methods.
- Perform outbound calls and document tasks appropriately.
- Accurately record client information in the CRM to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ** Required **
- High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)
- Empathy and a commitment to assisting clients during their financial challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
