The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who demonstrates motivation, confidence, and resilience. They should embrace challenges, set ambitious goals, and focus on achieving successful outcomes while promoting teamwork and sharing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the management of client accounts alongside the Account Executive.
2. Prepare materials for group meetings and client enrollments.
3. Conduct group meetings and assist with employee enrollments throughout the year.
4. Provide training to clients on technology enhancements and benefit plans.
5. Implement changes in coverage as requested by clients in THEbenefitsHUB.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with third-party vendors on behalf of clients and their employees.
7. Maintain professional communication with clients, carriers, and team members through various channels.
8. Assist with Life Insurance updates in THEbenefitsHUB, including coverage approvals and payroll notifications.
9. Support billing processes and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Account Executive and clients.
10. Conduct audits of client data and ensure compliance with COBRA regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Group 1 Insurance License
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
