Position Overview:
Financial Benefit Services (FBS), a partner of Higginbotham, is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist. The primary role of this position is to facilitate the workflow alongside the Account Executive for our clients, while also deepening the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing client accounts in collaboration with the Account Executive.
  • Preparing materials for group meetings and client enrollments.
  • Conducting group meetings and assisting with employee enrollments throughout the year.
  • Providing training on technology enhancements and benefit plans.
  • Effectively managing changes in coverage through THEbenefitsHUB.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
  • Maintaining professional communication with clients, carriers, and team members.
  • Assisting with Life Insurance updates and billing processes.
  • Conducting audits of client data and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining client sites and documentation.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A High School Diploma.
  • A Group 1 Insurance License.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
