We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Distribution Technology to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital distribution technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and the role of technology in driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
- Experience with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.
