Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for our transactional email division.
  • Shape the product strategy for Postmark to establish a leading position in the transactional email sector, guiding product and engineering teams through effective execution.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape to determine Postmark's market positioning and construct a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Identify the ideal customer profile for Postmark.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment in meeting customer needs.
  • Formulate a competitive pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Align cross-functional teams to achieve key product performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inspire and lead team members to drive the growth and success of our transactional email services.
