Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Media & Entertainment Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar capacity within the media industry.
  • Proven success in managing and expanding large client accounts.
  • Strong comprehension of the media industry, particularly in content delivery, broadcasting, and associated workflows/systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with advanced digital transformation initiatives across key sectors.
  • Solid background in Product/Process Engineering.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels.
  • Confirmed sales experience in Engineering Services within a global, complex environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, project/program delivery, and solution development experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
