- Monitor account performance, manage financials, and ensure profitability while achieving financial targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in Media & Entertainment Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar capacity within the media industry.
- Proven success in managing and expanding large client accounts.
- Strong comprehension of the media industry, particularly in content delivery, broadcasting, and associated workflows/systems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with advanced digital transformation initiatives across key sectors.
- Solid background in Product/Process Engineering.
- Ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels.
- Confirmed sales experience in Engineering Services within a global, complex environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, project/program delivery, and solution development experience.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to excel in a matrix organization.
