Job Description

Panna Knows is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering a singular interface to our customers for membership, as well as product and service coordination spanning various business units and product lines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions and global sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in industries related to our key customer industries, such as Marketplaces, CPG/FMCG Grocery, Retail Apparel, General Merchandise, Healthcare, and Foodservice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts and develop effective strategies to win and maintain their business.
  • Provide strategic account management to key customer accounts to ensure products, solutions, and services support and drive short-term and long-term customer business objectives.
  • Develop and execute account strategies.
  • Lead regular account reviews to ensure relevance and impact of key account strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance a high, wide, and deep relationship with assigned key accounts.
  • Provide one face to the customer for the company.
  • Advocate the adoption of standards in the appropriate industry.
  • Coordinate and consult with internal matrix partners to deliver the right solution(s) to solve specific customer problems and achieve customer business objectives.
  • Identify solution enhancements or innovations to best serve and anticipate customer/industry needs.
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and functional areas/business teams.
  • Identify and resolve account issues (billing, customer service, merger & acquisition activities).

This position requires 30% of travel to customer and other sites or events.
