Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the VP Global Health Strategy is a critical role that provides front desk coverage, executive support, and operations assistance to the Global Health Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional front desk coverage, greeting visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage complex schedules and travel arrangements for the Vice President and Global Health Team.
  • Support the Global Health Team with office budget, including processing invoices and grant documentation.
  • Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown.
  • Draft correspondence, such as emails and letters, and other documents as needed.
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high degree of organization.
  • Meeting and event planning experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
