As a Patient Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient assessments, working closely with healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat various health conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. They will also have a High School diploma or equivalent, preferably a Medical Assistant certification.

  • Coordinate patient assessments, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Review medical records to identify areas requiring further assessment.
  • Transcribe and document assessment results from testing into the electronic health record system.

A comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation and holidays. The estimated salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility with late hours and occasional weekends.
