We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Arisa Health. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the RoleThis full-time, non-exempt position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and proactively fill open spots on therapists' calendars
- Check clients in and out in a timely manner
- Complete pre-appointment checks for clients
- Maintain accurate client records and update eligibility
- Provide timely notifications to staff as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
