Role Responsibilities

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, your primary focus will be on optimizing scheduling processes while maintaining high standards of customer service. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Receiving and managing incoming client calls.
  • Coordinating service calls to field technicians.
  • Providing clients with timely updates regarding arrival times and any potential delays.
  • Rescheduling appointments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting scheduling needs to maximize technician efficiency.
  • Communicating effectively with work crews and supervisors to relay important information.
  • Assessing the requirements for each work order, including equipment and personnel needs.
Qualifications

To be considered for the Plumbing Dispatcher position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • An associate degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of dispatch experience in a contracting or home improvement setting.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
