Client Services Coordinator

MidAmerica Nazarene University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our events and conference programs. As a key member of our Events and Conference Services (ECS) team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Support: Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, including venue setup, audio-visual equipment, and catering arrangements.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and providing timely updates on event details.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, campus departments, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Financial Management: Assist with invoicing clients, managing event budgets, and overseeing financial transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with ECS leadership, student staff, and other campus departments to ensure effective event execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
