Your Role:
As a Customer Loyalty Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering consumer loyalty by delivering outstanding customer service, warranty assistance, pre-purchase guidance, technical support, and effective problem resolution. You will represent our organization positively by addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to resolve inquiries and issues related to our products.
- Exhibit strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Evaluate customer information to determine appropriate resolutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through daily interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure accurate issue resolution.
- Manage a dynamic workload while coordinating with your team.
- Adhere to service level agreements set by management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What You Bring:
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, Excel, email, and Windows-based applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Educational background: Associate's Degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to work weekends with a day off during the week.
