Your Role:

As a Customer Loyalty Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering consumer loyalty by delivering outstanding customer service, warranty assistance, pre-purchase guidance, technical support, and effective problem resolution. You will represent our organization positively by addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to resolve inquiries and issues related to our products.
  • Exhibit strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Evaluate customer information to determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through daily interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure accurate issue resolution.
  • Manage a dynamic workload while coordinating with your team.
  • Adhere to service level agreements set by management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring:

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, Excel, email, and Windows-based applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Educational background: Associate's Degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to work weekends with a day off during the week.
