Key Responsibilities:

- Generate customer interest, prepare detailed quotations, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while developing strategic sales plans.
- Participate in industry trade shows to showcase our products.
- Maintain a robust digital marketing presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and ResearchGate.
- Engage with emerging scientific markets and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential improvements and new product recommendations.
- Build business by identifying prospects, evaluating their market position, and analyzing sales options.
- Maintain an organized database of customers and prospects, tracking all activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting and analyzing data, including forecasts and territory evaluations.
- Ensure high-quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
- Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in relevant societies.
- Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives.
- Possess experience in selling within the Life Sciences, Materials Science, and Semiconductor sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience, supplemented by formal sales training.
- Technical knowledge in capital equipment and optical/spectroscopy systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to effectively present and promote products.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
