Technical Specialist

At TurnPoint Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Dispatch tasks to colleagues and schedule work with clients
- Consult with clients to determine the severity and impact of their issues
- Act as liaison between clients and technical staff
- Perform tech tasks, including triaging tickets, answering phones, and performing audits of security policies
- Windows 11+, Apple Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Asana, Airtable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
