Job Description

At TurnPoint Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 11+, Apple Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
