Our team is composed of a diverse group of highly skilled RF systems engineers and subject matter experts (SMEs) from various engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, RF, hardware, software, firmware, and systems engineering. We foster a creative, innovative, and collaborative environment to deliver state-of-the-art solutions for our clients.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to take on the role of Program Control Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential program planning, monitoring, control, reporting, and documentation tasks to fulfill contract obligations and support the ongoing success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive program planning documentation, including performance measurement baselines, project timelines, and work breakdown structures in alignment with the program manager's strategy.
  • Monitor and assess project progress against established plans, utilizing an earned value management framework to track schedules, budgets, and task completions.
  • Oversee actual and projected costs, ensuring alignment with financial plans.
  • Implement a systematic approach to track deliverable requirements, including due dates and submission records, while maintaining archival and version control.
  • Manage material requirements from the initiation of purchase requisitions through to the receipt of materials.
  • Document project action items and issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate risk management activities, documenting identified risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development of cost proposals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience applying Earned Value Management in project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in preparing program planning and reporting documents for DoD Programs of Record.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with senior management, technical staff, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with Deltek CostPoint is a plus.
  • Possession of a project management certification, such as CAPM, is advantageous.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Project for planning and monitoring project costs, schedules, and resources.
