Position Overview


The Center for Development and Disability (CDD) serves as New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service.

We are in search of a Medical Education Program Assistant 1 to oversee the coordination of the psychology training initiative, which includes managing fellowship and internship participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Coordinate seminars and training sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities. This position necessitates collaboration with diverse stakeholders and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma accompanied by three years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience includes program coordination, material creation, computer proficiency, teamwork, familiarity with a university environment, and proficiency in Spanish.

CDD is committed to providing leadership, clinical services, training, and research support in the field of developmental disabilities.
