Position Overview


The Center for Development and Disability (CDD) serves as New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service.

We are looking for a Medical Education Program Assistant 1 to oversee the coordination of the psychology training program, which includes managing fellowship and internship trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to the training program.
  • Schedule meetings and events effectively.
  • Coordinate seminars and training sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, be detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma accompanied by 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in program coordination, material creation, computer literacy, teamwork, and familiarity with a university environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is also advantageous.
