Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Engage with clients through various sales strategies, including establishing relationships with real estate agents, participating in industry events, and conducting follow-up communications with real estate professionals, builders, CPAs, and previous clients.
  • Manage incoming loan inquiries.
  • Originate loans and collaborate with the Loan Coordinator and processing team to finalize loan transactions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of an NMLS license.
  • Thorough understanding of current mortgage regulations, guidelines, loan products, and market trends.
  • Ability to assist clients in identifying the most suitable mortgage options for their needs, as well as determining which products are likely to be approved.
  • Proficient in negotiating loan terms and conditions with clients.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong sales and consulting skills.
  • Competence in performing mathematical and analytical tasks.
  • Ability to confidently present and communicate in group settings.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; an AA or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
