Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated leasing specialist to manage all aspects of apartment leasing, including move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.

The leasing specialist will engage with both prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy rates and enhance resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring a high-quality living experience.
2. Manage traffic generation, qualify prospective residents, and complete leasing documentation.
3. Maintain model apartments in excellent condition for tours.
4. Guide prospective residents through property orientation.
5. Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely communication with current residents.
6. Keep detailed records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents.
7. Schedule and conduct property tours for potential residents.
8. Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
9. Create and maintain confidential resident files and assist with weekly leasing reports.
10. Support ongoing resident relations by promptly addressing requests and concerns.
11. Conduct competitive property analysis and ensure property safety and cleanliness.
12. Assist with clerical tasks such as answering calls and processing invoices as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma is required.
Preferred: Minimum of one year of sales experience and one year of residential leasing experience.

Skills Required:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills across all management levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
