Qualifications - Required:

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for brand marketing.
  • Adept at managing urgent requests and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications - Preferred:

  • Familiarity with residential construction and the ability to read blueprints.
  • Experience in the new home or real estate sector.
