Location: San Francisco, CA (East Bay)

Role Overview:
We are in search of dedicated sales professionals who are eager to cultivate enduring, service-oriented client relationships. As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will become part of a vibrant team that functions as a strategic digital marketing ally to the multifamily sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while recognizing upsell and renewal prospects with existing clients, leveraging CoStar Group's extensive market intelligence.
2. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to their strategic marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth.
3. Industry Expertise: Cultivate in-depth knowledge of digital advertising methodologies, multifamily real estate, and market trends within your designated territory.
4. Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues across various teams to enhance sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Client-Centric Approach: Foster strong client relationships by providing outstanding support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights, and proposing solutions that help clients meet their objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of external sales experience in a B2B context, ideally within digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent experience in the multifamily sector.
- A proven history of surpassing sales goals and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- A valid driver's license is required, or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Adaptability to dynamic situations in a rapidly growing organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to engage diverse audiences.

What We Offer:

This position provides a competitive base salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with relevant skills and experience, along with a generous commission structure and benefits package.
