Impactful Role

As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you will act as a key advisor to our enterprise clients by:

  • Collaborating closely with exchanges and financial technology firms to design, implement, and activate TaxBit's solutions
  • Working hand-in-hand with our engineering and subject matter experts to enhance quality and business outcomes for your client portfolio
  • Creating feedback mechanisms from our largest clients to inform our product development and enhance value-adding solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex implementation projects for enterprise clients
  • Oversee the overall project strategy and execution with TaxBit's subject matter experts and engineers
  • Document clients' business objectives and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with TaxBit's experts and engineers to define clients' data needs and architecture, facilitating discussions with clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with client business and IT stakeholders
  • Assist clients in integrating with TaxBit's suite of products
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary
  • Lead client launches and ensure success post-implementation
  • Contribute positively to team culture and work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, accounting, or similar areas
