● Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define functional requirements and aligns them with application capabilities for optimal design

● Designs, configures, and implements features that meet client specifications and design criteria

● Maintains a high level of technical expertise on the IPsoft platform and stays informed about application updates and patches

● Documents processes and configurations clearly and effectively

● Embodies and promotes an understanding of IPsoft's mission through actions that reflect the organization's values

● Conducts oneself in a manner that meets professional service expectations

● Provides feedback to Product Management for potential product improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Competencies:

● Basic understanding of API integrations and web services

Educational Background:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related technology field

● 1-2 years of experience in SaaS application configuration within CRM, Marketing Automation, or event management contexts
