Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and initiate outbound communications to arrange, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
  • Efficiently utilize a Windows-based and web-based system to monitor routes and improve scheduling; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Leverage your training to schedule technician appointments in a manner that minimizes travel time and distance, suggesting alternative routes when necessary.
  • Employ strong listening abilities and targeted questions to discern customer issues and assess their needs.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with precise information, including call details, outcomes, payments, and other relevant data.
  • Reorganize unserviced accounts within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives and programs.
  • Protect customer privacy and confidential information.
