HVAC Service Coordinator

As an HVAC Dispatcher with Yanmar America Corp, you will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance. This position involves managing service requests, optimizing technician routes, and providing exceptional customer service and follow through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Log calls in CRM software and maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and maintenance.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor technician schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with previous experience as a customer service representative, call center, or dispatcher preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple phone lines and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with scheduling software and data entry.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
