Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as a Director of Enterprise Direct Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our enterprise customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the enterprise market.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Comcast business model.
