About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team at Illapa Search. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to advise clients on securities and capital markets matters, including M&A transactions, governance, and general corporate work.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in securities and capital markets regulations and laws, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work from a top-tier law firm.
- M&A experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work well in teams and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent professional recommendations and a strong academic background.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $205,000 to $305,000, commensurate with experience.
