Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop marketing strategies and execute tactics for Evergreen's utility clients.
  • Build internal and external client relationships, project manage marketing plan deliverables, consult on strategic direction, and provide recommendations.
  • Contribute to result-oriented frameworks for marketing plans and reporting.
  • Develop client-specific marketing strategies to meet program goals and objectives.
  • Provide project briefs for all creative projects, ensuring clear communication on project goals and objectives to streamline project development.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Project Manager on intake of new projects, timelines, updates to tasks, and overall project management support.
  • Ability to project manage using project management software and collaborate with team members on timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members on strategy development, including copywriter, designers, learning experience designer, and web developer.
  • Gain deep knowledge and understanding of program goals and objectives, ensuring marketing strategies align with goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on budget understanding and management.
  • Coordinate technical and background information and content from the program side, ensuring the correct development of all technical project aspects.
  • Serve as an initial reviewer for all creative projects, ensuring client brand standards and needs are met. Coordinate all reviews with internal and external clients.
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients, including timely email response, agenda development, and note-taking, leading meetings when necessary.
Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office software programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to achieve results.
  • Proven customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively and goal-focused.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of process, numbers, and calculations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in utility incentive programs.
  • Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or significant coursework completed), with preference for marketing or similar area of study.
  • Experience in energy conservation industry, and/or utility incentive programs, preferred.
  • Three to five years of marketing experience, including project management, plan development, and client relationship management.
  • Previous experience managing multiple clients and programs across multiple locations.
  • Previous experience working in a virtual environment is desirable but not required.
