With over 20 years of online payment experience, an annualized transactional volume of $140 billion in 2023, and approximately 3,200 employees located in 12+ countries, Paysafe connects businesses and consumers across 260 payment types in over 40 currencies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Enablement Commercial Specialist to support our global sales organization with strategic planning, analysis, and reporting. This role will work closely with our sales, business intelligence, and finance teams to identify and address gaps in our sales funnel, pipeline, and performance. As the team expert supporting forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis, you will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide commercial insight.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the success of Paysafe's Global Revenue and Account Management teams. The role offers a flexible hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remote during the work week.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and recommendations on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Partner with sales leaders and finance partners to align on sales goals, targets, and incentives.
- Conduct sales planning and budgeting, including quota setting, headcount allocation, and territory design.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable feedback to sales teams.
- Collect, clean, and validate sales data from various sources, such as Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Work with the data and finance teams to drive automation and accuracy across our data set, increasing the power of our data.
- Build, validate, and maintain MI reports to fulfill standard and ad-hoc requests from our Global Sales leadership, which include executive management, sales management, the sales force, Marketing and Finance.
- Support and enhance the Sales commission schemes, ensuring vigor and accuracy is embedded within the process.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales finance, sales operations, or sales enablement.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and similar data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
