Job Summary

Cayuse Shared Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second-tier technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I (examples: A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security certifications).
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office 2013, and Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining Xerox, Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printer devices.
  • Prior experience working in a DoD environment.
  • Experience supporting Office 365.
