About the Role

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist II to join our Corporate - Information Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and assistance to end users with hardware and software system issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end users with technical hardware and software system issues.
  • Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user Helpdesk tickets.
  • Install new software on company computers, build new and/or rebuild existing computers, and maintain software inventory and licensing compliance.
  • Update IT documentation, FAQs, and training materials, conduct IT orientation for new employees, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' Technical Support experience.
  • MS Certified Professional certification preferred.
  • A+ certification a plus.
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell, knowledge of OSI model.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.
  • Experience supporting AutoCAD and/or MicroStation preferred.
  • Other troubleshooting applications a plus.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively, detail oriented.
  • Approachable personality.
  • Valid driver's license required.
What We Offer

CHA Consulting, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 - $71,000, based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation.
