Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to end users with technical hardware and software system issues.
- Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user Helpdesk tickets.
- Install new software on company computers, build new and/or rebuild existing computers, and maintain software inventory and licensing compliance.
- Update IT documentation, FAQs, and training materials, conduct IT orientation for new employees, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years' Technical Support experience.
- MS Certified Professional certification preferred.
- A+ certification a plus.
- Experience with Windows PowerShell, knowledge of OSI model.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.
- Experience supporting AutoCAD and/or MicroStation preferred.
- Other troubleshooting applications a plus.
- Ability to problem solve effectively, detail oriented.
- Approachable personality.
- Valid driver's license required.
CHA Consulting, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 - $71,000, based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation.
