The role of the Service Desk Analyst involves providing essential technical support and assistance to users. This position is critical in ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality phone support, addressing user inquiries and issues effectively.
- Assist with the migration to Windows 11, ensuring a seamless transition for all users.
- Utilize ITSM ticketing tools to manage and document incidents and service requests.
- Provide level 1 remote desktop support, troubleshooting problems through user discussions and technical logs.
- Administer user accounts, including password resets and account unlocks for various systems.
- Install and configure desktop applications and software as required.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Windows Technical Service Desk support, particularly with Windows 10 and 2019.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with remote desktop connectivity applications and MS Office Suite support.
- Knowledge of scripting and system monitoring tools.
