Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support and assistance. This role involves working closely with users to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with the migration to Windows 11, ensuring a seamless transition for users.
  • Utilize ITSM ticketing systems to document and manage incidents effectively.
  • Perform user account management tasks, including password resets and account unlocks.
  • Support various applications, including MS Office Suite and web applications.
  • Conduct remote desktop support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in phone support is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Windows technical support role.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and 2019, as well as knowledge of Windows buildout.
  • Experience with Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, SCCM, and SCOM.
  • Proficient in using ITSM tools such as Ivanti or ServiceNow.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective user interaction.
