Position Summary

  13. Maintain adherence to internal processes by the team.

As a Member of the Centre of Excellence

  • Address Anaplan functionality-related inquiries across various projects.
  • Investigate and comprehend new offerings and functionalities in the EPM domain to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Conduct audits of proposed solutions across projects to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience with expertise in Anaplan and business planning (including FP&A, Supply Chain, HR, Sales - at least two areas).
  2. Strong communication skills coupled with proactive planning and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  3. Assertive and solution-focused, capable of meeting strict deadlines while adhering to established processes.
  4. Proficient in Anaplan and its associated services.
  5. Experience in conducting POCs, demos, and RFP responses.
  6. Familiarity with estimation methodologies and the ability to perform estimations during the sales process.
  7. Skilled in reviewing and auditing project phases and documentation.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Knowledge of project implementation methodologies, including Agile.
  10. Able to mentor and enhance the technical skills of team members.
