In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensure the integrity of financial records, conduct account reconciliations, and facilitate the month-end closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and interpret financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts within the general ledger
  • Prepare and record accruals and necessary adjusting journal entries
  • Support the preparation of audit documentation and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Analyze financial information and provide explanations for variances
  • Contribute to various accounting projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/MSA is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive accounting experience
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and Accrual Based Accounting principles
  • Experience with account reconciliations is essential
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 and ASC 842 standards
  • Experience with Acumatica software is advantageous
  • Exposure to PPA/OBS/NWC is beneficial
  • Experience with Treasury Platforms is a plus
