Position Summary

This is a Bench position that provides management support to both new and existing SSC accounts within K-12 and higher education environments. This role requires significant travel, including overnight stays, and candidates should be open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standard Setting: Develop and review operational standards and procedures in alignment with facility policies to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Organize work schedules and job responsibilities to optimize service across all operational areas.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, assess, and mentor facility staff, upholding high standards and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Inspections and Evaluations: Perform regular facility assessments, suggest improvements, and facilitate seamless transitions within the facility.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Lead regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Project Management: Oversee major project timelines, ensuring adequate staffing and resource availability for successful completion.
  • Resource Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and assist the department director with budget oversight.
  • Adaptability: Undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of four years in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance, with at least one year in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, commitment to quality service, and a drive for success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Education: An Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for the safe operation of company vehicles.
