Job Details

The Custodial Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining service excellence, managing supplies effectively, adhering to company policies, and promoting a safe working environment.

This position requires acting as a liaison between clients and management in their absence.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a diverse team while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Motivating, guiding, and documenting employee performance
  • Assisting team members in meeting customer expectations and deadlines
  • Carrying out various cleaning tasks such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disposing of waste
  • Organizing and replenishing janitorial supplies and storage areas
  • Ensuring workplace safety and promptly reporting any hazards
  • Overseeing building security and following safety protocols
  • Conducting assessments to ensure quality standards are upheld
  • Participating in recruitment interviews as necessary
  • Completing assigned tasks as required
Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance levels
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to engage in industry-related training
Additional Information / Benefits

  • Full-Time position on the 2nd shift
  • Salary of $22.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
