As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Salary & Benefits PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and holiday closures, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements- Assist the Sous Chef: Support the Sous Chef in preparing menus, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Prepare Food: Prepare high-quality dishes to exact specifications, using general knife handling skills and food safety & sanitation knowledge.
- Support Service: Help run service, manage stations, and ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.
- Requirements: At least 1 year of related experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, general knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
