Salary and Benefits

We offer an excellent compensation package, including $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) with employer contribution, and more.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the Beach Club restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, assisting with menu planning and execution, providing training and supervision to kitchen staff, and participating in cooking from production to execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership position
  • The ability to promote and participate in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, or equivalent experience and certification
