We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Kiawah Island Club, a premier destination on the Eastern Seaboard. Our club offers an unparalleled collection of private amenities and breathtaking scenic beauty.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate, dedicated individuals who want to learn and work in a fun, professional environment. As a Line Cook, you will prepare food according to recipe specifications and the Executive Chef's guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

To be successful as a Line Cook, you should have:

  • A proficent knowledge of hot food preparation, stocks, sauces, vegetable cookery, and meat temperatures
  • Previous experience required in a high-volume scratch kitchen
  • Experience in saute, grill, broil, steam, fry, and salad stations
  • Knowledge of knife skills and cooking terms
  • Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation rules
